YEAR of the DOG, 2006

The Dog is a giving, compassionate personality. The Dog is a listener, always available to lend an ear or a shoulder to a friend in need. Often Dogs know more about their friends than their friends know about themselves. Dogs are incredibly attentive. Sometimes though, Dogs should pay more attention to their own needs.

The Dog is said to be honest, sincere and loyal to those they love. Dogs possess a profound sense of duty. Often the first to speak out against an injustice, the Dog respects tradition and honor. However, when it comes to socializing, the Dog can be withdrawn and quiet. They can also be somewhat selfish and stubborn. If in a good mood, Dogs make an ideal companion; but when panic strikes, they can turn nasty and bark till they are tired. In face of confrontation, Dogs can be judgmental and defensive.

In 2006, the Dog can expect a rewarding year in which setbacks or obstacles will finally be overcome, clearing the way for success and happiness personally as well as professionally.
