A. Electronic/Online Donation

B. Personal Check by Mail
1. Complete a check made payable to Koyasan Beikoku Betsuin
of Los Angeles.
2. Include a small note as to whom the donation is from, if
different than the person(s) designated on the check.
3. Mail completed check/note to:
