1. Complete a check made payable to Koyasan Beikoku Betsuin of Los Angeles. 2. Include a small note as to whom the donation is from, if different than the person(s) designated on the check. 3. Mail completed check/note to: Koyasan Beikoku Betsuin of Los Angeles Donations Dept. 342 E. 1st Street Los Angeles, CA 90012 A receipt will be issued to you by mail reflecting your generous donation. B. Cash Donations Cash donations can be made in person at the temple. A receipt will be provided to you for your records. |

You simply need a Ralphs or Food4Less Rewards card and register annually for the Ralphs or Food4Less Community Contribution Program. It's that simple.
